About Richardson Building Diagnostics, LLC

Richardson Building Diagnostics offers a combined 25 years experience in residential and commercial building inspections and diagnostics. We deliver the highest quality inspection services available - whether commercial/industrial inspections, infrared building surveys, infrared roof surveys, infrared electro-mechanical surveys, or infrared data center surveys. Our professionally trained, certified thermographers meet and exceed industry standards and the expectations of our client base.

Our Staff
Scott C. Richardson, President

Scott has over 20 years of experience in the engineering field, having first started with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) for the first 5 years of his career. Scott has extensive knowledge of property management and engineering operations to include financial analysis and budgeting, project and construction, and energy management of facilities.

Training/Qualifications:

	Completed all requirements in the Facility Management Administration (FMA), Systems Maintenance Administration (SMA), and Systems Maintenance Technician (SMT) Courses at The Building Owners and Managers Institute.
	Successfully completed a Five-Year Apprentice Training Program through the I.B.E.W. Local Union #26.
	Undergraduate credits in Business Management and Computer Programming at the University of Maryland
	District of Columbia 3rd Class Steam License, #CH27224
	N.I.U.L.P.E. 1st Class License, #108E
	DC Journeyman Electrician License, #EJ501997
	Certificate of completion in Industrial Motor Control Troubleshooting by the National Technology Transfer

Kevin A. Richardson, Vice President

Kevin is the owner and founder of Richardson Home Inspections, LLC. Founded in 2002, Richardson Home Inspections is one of the leading home inspection companies in the greater Washington DC area. Kevin has personally conducted over 2000 residential and commercial property inspections. Kevin is a Level III Infraspection Institute Certified Infrared Thermographer®.
